Indian Wildlife Safari

A 12-day bird, elephant and rhino tour. Depart Delhi for Corbett National Park, world-famous for its population of wild Asiatic Elephants. Tigers and leopards are possible, but not frequent. Return to Delhi for your flight to Guwahati. Drive to Kaziranga for the incredible One-horned Indian Rhino and Barasingha Deer.

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Arrive at Delhi International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day at leisure, exploring the vibrant capital city at your own pace.

Day 2: Delhi to Corbett National Park

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Corbett National Park, which takes approximately 6 hours. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy a delightful lunch. Spend the afternoon birdwatching along the picturesque Kosi River with a local guide.

Day 3: Corbett National Park

Start your day with an exhilarating morning exploration of the buffer zone of Corbett National Park by open jeep and on foot. In the afternoon, visit the Jhirna Zone of the park on a jeep safari, accompanied by your knowledgeable local guide.

Day 4: Corbett National Park

Continue your wildlife adventure with a morning safari in the buffer zone. In the afternoon, explore the Bijrani Zone of Corbett National Park on a jeep safari with your guide.

Day 5: Corbett National Park

Day 6: Corbett to Delhi

Spend the morning birdwatching around Camp River Wild with your guide. Afterwards, drive back to Delhi, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.

Day 7: Delhi to Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park

Transfer to the domestic airport for your early morning flight to Guwahati (flight not included in the package). Upon arrival, meet your representative and embark on a 6-7 hour scenic drive to Kaziranga National Park. Check in at your lodge upon arrival. During your stay, enjoy a short elephant safari, subject to availability (alternatively, explore by jeep).

Day 8: Kaziranga National Park

Day 9: Kaziranga National Park

Day 11: Kaziranga to Guwahati to Delhi

Day 12: Departure from Delhi
